1. About Nuvelo Agency
Nuvelo Agency ("we," "us," or "our") provides Google review management services for restaurants operating in the United States. By subscribing to our service, you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service in full.
2. Services Provided
We provide the following services to restaurant owners:
- Monitoring of Google Business Profile reviews on your behalf
- Writing and publishing professional responses to customer reviews in English and Spanish, within 24 hours of receipt
- Submission of draft responses for negative reviews to the Client for approval before publishing
- Monthly activity reports (Pro plan only)
We do not guarantee any specific increase in star rating, review volume, or Google ranking. Results may vary depending on the nature and volume of reviews received.
3. Subscription Plans
We offer two monthly subscription plans:
- Basic — $99/month: Up to 30 reviews responded per month. Includes English & Spanish responses, 24-hour response time, and negative review approval before posting.
- Pro — $149/month: Up to 75 reviews responded per month. Includes all Basic features plus a monthly activity report.
If your restaurant receives more reviews than your plan allows in a given month, we will notify you and respond to the oldest reviews first, in chronological order, up to your plan limit.
4. Free Trial
New clients may access a 5-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial includes full access to our services. After the trial period ends, continued service requires selecting a paid plan.
We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without prior notice.
5. Payment & Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Charges are made at the start of each billing cycle.
Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. We will notify you at least 14 days before any price change takes effect.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@nuveloagency.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to receive service until that date.
7. Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused review responses, or any other reason. The 5-day free trial exists to allow you to evaluate our service before committing to a paid plan.
8. Client Responsibilities
To use our service, you agree to:
- Add us as a Manager (not Owner) to your Google Business Profile
- Provide accurate information about your restaurant
- Respond promptly (within 24 hours) when we request approval for negative review responses
- Not use our service for any unlawful purpose
You retain full ownership and control of your Google Business Profile at all times. You may remove our manager access at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
The review responses we craft on your behalf become your property upon publication. We retain no rights to the published responses. All other content, branding, and materials on our website remain the property of Nuvelo Agency.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvelo Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, reputation damage, or Google ranking changes.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
