- Restaurant Name — to identify the business we manage reviews for
- Your Name — to address you personally in our communications
- Email Address — to contact you about your account, trial, billing, and review approvals
We do not collect:
- Phone numbers (unless you voluntarily provide one via email)
- Physical address or location data
- Browsing behavior or tracking cookies
- Payment card details (handled entirely by Stripe)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect exclusively to:
- Set up and manage your account
- Deliver our review response service
- Send you review response drafts (for negative reviews) for your approval
- Process your subscription payment
- Communicate important updates about your account or our service
We will never use your email to send unsolicited marketing to third parties, and we will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
4. Third-Party Services We Use
To operate our service, we work with two trusted third-party providers:
Formspree
Handles our contact and trial sign-up forms. When you submit a form, your name, restaurant name, and email are sent securely to Formspree and forwarded to us. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io.
Stripe
Handles all payment processing for our subscriptions. We never see or store your payment card details — they go directly to Stripe's secure servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
We do not use analytics platforms, advertising trackers, or any other third-party data collection tools on our website.
5. Google Business Profile Access
To provide our service, you grant us Manager-level access to your Google Business Profile. This access allows us only to read and respond to your reviews. We cannot:
- Change your business information, hours, or photos
- Access your Google account credentials
- Transfer or claim ownership of your profile
You can revoke our Manager access at any time through your Google Business Profile settings, independent of your Nuvelo subscription.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our service. If you cancel your subscription, we will delete your personal data within 30 days of your request, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. All data transmission between your browser and our service is encrypted via HTTPS.
